Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism with an interdepartmental minor in Business Management. She brings over 14 years of Human Resources Management experience as a senior level Human Resources Professional. As a career coach and personal and career brand guru, Jessica specializes in career transition coaching.
She created the ‘Career Branding Guide’, a comprehensive personal coaching model that consists of the ten critical elements that make up your career brand. Not only is it important to have a career brand nowadays, it’s a requirement. The Career Branding Guide will build you a strong and sustainable brand that will give you success today and for years to come.
Coaching Format & Fees
All career transition coaching services are highly customized and based upon the Career Branding Guide model.
- Identifying and defining your career goals
- Job search strategy assistance
- Complete cover letter and resume review and feedback
- Online personal and career brand review
- Extensive mock interviews and feedback
- Job interview follow-up assistance (guidance with post-interview communications)
- Career management assistance
Jessica also provide career/personality assessments and resume (re) write upon request. (additional fees apply).
- 3 individual 45 minute coaching calls per month @ 395 per month
- 2 individual 45 minute coaching calls per month @ 295 per month
All coaching programs included unlimited email assistance throughout the coaching proces and "Just in time" phone assistance (up to 10 min per call) in between coaching session.
A 3-month commitment is highly recommended yet not required.
All coaching sessions are held via the phone or Skype.
